AM cardio was finished like a champ.🏆 I switch it up because I get bored so easily.😒 Here’s what I did: 20 minutes on stair master (changing intensity up and down every few minutes) 15 minutes elliptical and 5 minutes walking on treadmill at 15 incline.💥💦👊 #havefun #cardio 💋
